Trey Bryant has a license to practice law in the State of Kansas and the State of Colorado.

Mr. Bryant was raised in Gardner, KS where he graduated high school in 2009. He went on to Kansas State University where he was a member of the K-State Debate Team and achieved a dual major with a minor. Mr. Bryant then moved to Columbia, SC where he graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During his time at USC Trey was a member of the Moot Court Bar and was a part of their National Moot Court Team.

Mr. Bryant was the top rated oralist on the University of South Carolina School of Law's Moot Court Bar, and received numerous awards from the Bar, including best oral argument in the Kate Bockman Memorial Moot Court Competition and First Place team argument in the J. Woodrow Lewis Moot Court Competition. Mr. Bryant has substantial experience from law school, and has had the opportunity to argue in front of a judge at every level of the court system, except for the Supreme Court of the United States.
