What is Mediation?

Mediation is a process in which a neutral mediator assists the parties in reaching a mutually acceptable agreement as to the issues of a dispute.

Mediation allows two parties to enter into a dispute resolution process in an attempt to avoid litigation and reach a voluntary agreement.

"Trials are expensive, time consuming and stressful. Mediation saves money and allows both parties control and satisfaction."

Top 5 Benefits of Mediation

  1. The parties determine outcome of case themselves.
  2. Cost Effective.
  3. Confidential.
  4. Voluntary Agreement.
  5. Effective Communication.

Most local Courts require mediation participation prior to setting your case for trial.

Whether divorcing parents, family members, neighbors or business partners, mediation can solve disputes and save relationships.

Take the decision out of the Judge's hands and put it in your own. Mediation remains between the people who have a conflict - allowing you to make decisions in your own best interest.

Mediation is strictly confidential, which means unlike a court case, your conflict won't be a matter of public record.

And, the best part? Mediation is quicker and less expensive than going to court. Participants report higher satisfaction rates than those who go to Court.
